JAMMU, May 21: A man, who was injured yesterday due to fall from the roof of a building here at Purani Mandi, succumbed to his injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu.
According to a police spokesman, Kalu (45) son of Lakhwinder, resident of Orissa, at present residing in Purani Mandi (Jammu) sustained serious injuries due to fall from the roof top of Rajput Sabha building, yesterday.
“In serious condition, the injured man was shifted to GMCH Jammu, where he expired today at about 4.30 am”, he said, adding after completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
