JAMMU, Jan 29: A man died due to burn injuries in Vijay Nagar area here, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Gulshan Kumar (56), son of Ramu, a resident of District Udhampur, at present Vijay Nagar District Jammu.
The victim received burn injuries from firewood and was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where doctors declared him as brought dead.
After conducting post-mortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to family members for last rites.
Pouni Chak Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
