RAMBAN, July 1: A man died due to drowning in Sim Nallah at Gundi Dhadam area of tehsil Gool here today, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Mohammad Irfan Malik, son of Bashir Ahmad Malik, a resident of Dhadam, District Ramban. He was an employee in the under construction railway tunnel at Dhadam in tehsil Gool.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to family members for last rites.
Gool police has taken cognizance in this regard.
