JAMMU, July 26: A man died today due to electrocution in Pounichak area of city outskirts.
According to a police official, the deceased has been identified as Kuldeep Saini (38) son of late Raj Kumar Saini, resident of Badrore (Gajansoo Road). He said Kuldeep received severe electric shock from an electric machine, which is used to cut grass for cattle, at his residence.
“The body of the deceased was handed over to its legal heirs for last rites after completion of all medico-legal formalities while Pounichak police had taken cognizance of the matter,” he added.
