SRINAGAR, Apr 3: A tunnel worker died when he was hit by a shooting stone while working at a tunnel construction site in Gurez.
Police spokesperson said, a HCC worker Sulakh Singh, son of Mahinder Singh resident of Amritsar Punjab was hit by a shooting stone at a tunnel construction site in Gurez, Bandipora. He was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries; however, he succumbed to his injuries on way to the hospital.
Bandipora Police has registered a case in this regard.
