UDHAMPUR, July 17: A young man died under mysterious circumstances at Tmatar Morh, near Kud, here today.
The deceased was identified as Parshotam Kumar (33), son of Kartar Chand of Mira Sahib Jammu. He was brought to CHC Chenani in a serious condition by his family members, who were travelling along with him in the area. At the hospital, doctors declared him as brought dead.
As the case appeared to be of poisoning, Kud Police registered the case under 174 RPC for further investigation in this regard.
Meanwhile, two persons were injured when a Swift car, bearing registration number JK02BF-5445, on its way from Bhaderwah to Jammu, met with an accident near Thard in Udhampur.
The injured was identified as a Wazir (48) wife of Sunil Wazir of Bhaderwah and his son Gourav Wazir.
