JAMMU, Nov 15: A man today died due to electrocution at his temporary residence in Kiryani Talab area falling under the limits of police post Narwal.
According to a police spokesperson, the man identified as Mohd Rafeeq (29) son of Abu Kalam, a resident of Burma (at present living in Kiryani Talab area of Narwal), this evening inadvertently came in contact with a live wire at his residence and died on the spot.
The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for conducting autopsy tomorrow. Narwal police has taken cognizance of the matter.
