JAMMU, Dec 25: A 35-year-old man died of suspected poisoning at his residence at Mishriwala area here today.
Vijay Sharma son of Bansi Lal of Mishriwala was admitted to Government Medical College Jammu after he ingested some unknown poisonous substance at his home, said a police official.
He died at the hospital around 4:50 Pm, he said.
While the body of the deceased has been shifted to the mortuary of the hospital for conducting the post-mortem examinations, police have initiated inquest proceedings to further investigate into the matter.
