SRINAGAR, Apr 5: Mohammad Maqbool Dar son of Jamal Dar resident of Dar Mohalla in district Kupwara was found dead at his home in suspicious circumstances. After completing all legal formalities at District Hospital, Kupwara the body of deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites. Kupwara Police has initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC in this regard.
