JAMMU, Oct 9: A man drowned in canal in Brajala area of the city outskirts this evening.
As per reports, Kaka Hussain, son of Fasal Hussain of Brajala, Satwari, was grazing cattle, when he accidentally fell into the canal.
His body was fished out from some distance and was shifted to Government Medical College and hospital (GMCH) for postmortem.
A case has been registered at concerned police station and investigation started to ascertain the reason.
