UDHAMPUR, Dec 25: In an apparent case of suicide, a man was found hanging in a small mud room near his house at village Pakhlai Udhampur.
According to the reports , Om Parkash (58), son of Paras Ram, resident of village Pakhlai, was found hanging in a small mud room near his house, under mysterious circumstances.
The deceased was an employee of Jammu Kashmir Project Construction Corporation (JKPCC). He was mentally disturbed for the last few years. The villagers said that the deceased has four children, three of whom cannot even speak.
Udhampur Police have registered the case and further investigation is going on.
