RAJOURI, Aug 17: A villager was killed after he fell down from a moving bus in Narian area of Nowshera sector on Jammu-Poonch highway today.
A police spokesman said, one Mohd Shafiq (24), son of Abdul Rehman, resident of Saranoo village in Rajouri was travelling in a bus to Nowshera. He boarded the bus No. JK-12/3652 at Muradpur. Since bus was over loaded he was standing in the front door of the bus which was open. He fell down at a curve near Narian from the open door of the running bus and was crushed under rear wheel of the bus.
The police registered a case in this connection and seized bus. The body of the deceased was sent for postmortem to Nowshera hospital.
