RAMBAN, Feb 9: A man was found dead under mysterious circumstances at Seerilan nallah in Dhanmasta area, falling under the jurisdiction of Ramsoo Police Station, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Diwan Chand (65), son of Ram Saran of Ahma Dhanmasta.
After conducting autopsy at Primary Health Centre (PHC) Ukhral, the body of the deceased has been handed over to family members for last rites.
Inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC have been initiated by Police Station Ramsoo.
