RAJOURI, Jan 2: A man from Udhampur was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his rented room in Ward number 7, Rajouri, here today.
The deceased was identified as Pawan Kumar (42), son of Thandu Ram, resident of Santani Udhampur, who was working as priest. He was putting up in a rented room in the house of one Sagar Sharma, son of Permanand at Ward number 7, Rajouri, where he was found dead under mysterious circumstances.
On being informed, Police team from Police station Rajouri shifted the dead body to GMC Hospital Rajouri for postmortem and other legal formalities.
A case has been registered in this connection for further investigation.
