UDHAMPUR, Mar 6: A 50-year-old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Chenani Tehsil of Udhampur District today.
Body of one Ashok Kumar (50) son of Tilak Raj Sharma of Luther Sarar, Tehsil Chenani, District Udhampur, was recovered from the forest area of Village Chungas, an official said.
While the body of the deceased has been shifted to CHC Chenani to conduct the post-mortem, inquest proceedings under CrPC 174 have been initiated to ascertain the cause of the death of the middle-aged man, he said.
