JAMMU, Oct 31: A man was found dead in Ranbir Canal near Muthi here today, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Sunil Pandita, son of Moti Lal Bhat, a resident of Amit Nagar Muthi District Jammu. He was adopted by a man namely Late Prem Nath Pandita, a resident of Quarter Number 16, Block-A Gole Quarters, Muthi Camp District Jammu.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) here for autopsy.
Domana Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
