UDHAMPUR, Mar 23: A middle aged man from Chatha Bhour Camp in Jammu was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a hotel at Patnitop.
The deceased was identified as Sandeep Kalsotra, son of Bhushan Gupta, resident of ward number 1, Chatha Bhour Camp Jammu. He was staying in Hotel Patnitop, since last evening about 3:30 pm. As he did not come out of the room till late this morning about 8:45, the hotel staff knocked the door but did not get any response from inside.
After the Police was informed and the door was broken, the man was found lying in an unconscious condition. He was immediately shifted to SDH Chenani where the doctors declared him as brought dead.
Police has registered a case in this connection for inquest proceeding under Section 174 CRPC.
