JAMMU, Dec 27: A man was found hanging with a tree near his residence in Bamyal area here today, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Jamal Din, son of Fazal Din, a resident of Bamyal Nagrota District Jammu.
After conducting post-mortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC have been initiated by Nagrota Police in this regard.
