JAMMU, July 8: A 50-year old man was today found hanging with a tree in Akhnoor area of city outskirts.
According to police spokesman, today morning a man identified as Om Parkash son of Mohan Lal, a resident of Pargwal was found hanging with a tree at Bomal in Akhnoor.
He said on getting information police reached the spot and shifted the body to Sub District Hospital, Akhnoor, where after conducting post mortem it was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
A case in this connection was registered at police station Akhnoor and further investigations were underway.
