JAMMU, May 31: Jourian police today arrested a man along with illicit liquor.
As per police sources, based on reliable information, a team from Jourian police post conducted raid in Panjgrian area and seized around 80 litres of illicit liquor from the poultry farm of Joginder Kumar Sharma, son of Baldev Raj of Panjgrain.
On seeing police cops, Joginder Kumar escaped from the spot, but later got arrested.
A case under FIR Number 106/17 has been registered at Akhnoor police station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Jourian police post SI Anil Choudhary made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Akhnoor Inspector Pushpinder Singh, SDPO Akhnoor Munish Anand and SP Rural Arun Gupta.
