JAMMU, Dec 2: GRP Jammu arrested a man along with 70 bottles of intoxicants from Jammu Railway Station.
As per police sources, police team from police station GRP Jammu intercepted a person at Railway Station Jammu under suspicious circumstances.
During search, police recovered 70 bottles of intoxicants and arrested the accused, who has been identified as Shakil Ahmed (28), son of Mohammad Rouf, a resident of Manjakote, district Rajouri.
A case under FIR number 16/14 under Section 8/21/22 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered at police station GRP Jammu and investigation started.
SP Railways Jammu Suram Singh rewarded the jawans for this act of good policing.
