JAMMU, Mar 2: Police arrested a man along with sharp edged weapon (toka) from Kalyana Morh, falling under the jurisdiction of Arnia police station.
As per police sources, on specific information, a police team led by SDPO RS Pura Surinder Choudhary under the supervision of SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal raised a naka at Kalyana Morh and asked a pedestrian to stop.
During checking, police recovered sharp edged weapon (toka) from the possession of the man and arrested him on the spot.
The accused has been identified as Anil Kumar, son of Prem Chand of Kalyana.
In this regard, a case under FIR Number 25/17 under Section 4/25 Arms Act has been registered at Police Station Arnia and investigation started.
