POONCH, Jun 26: A person was injured when bear attacked him in Daran Wala Morha in Loran area of Tehsil Mandi today.
Official sources said that he was near his house in the hamlet when bear suddenly attacked him. Later, he was taken to PHC Loran, from where he was shifted to SDH Mandi and after initial treatment injured was referred to DH Poonch.
Injured was identified as Bagh Hussain, son of Raju, resident of Barachar. Doctors said that his condition was stable but he is under observation at District Hospital, Poonch.
