RAJOURI, Nov 19: A villager was allegedly murdered by his brother and others in the family during a group clash in Chingus area of Rajouri today.
A police spokesman said that two persons identified as Mohd Aslam (40) and Mohd Sharif (47), sons of Faqeer Mohd, residents of Kote Chingus had quarrel over some property dispute. Mohd Sharief was attacked on head with lethal weapons and was seriously injured. He was shifted to District Hospital Rajouri where he died in the evening. The police registered a case against his brother Mohd Aslam and others and started investigation.
