JAMMU, May 28: A 62-year-old man died in a road accident here, officials said today.
They said Atma Ram (62) son of Laxmi Narayan of Janipur at present The Grand Flats, Akhnoor Road, Jammu, was admitted to Government Medical College Jammu on May 23 after he was hit by a Scooty near his current place of residence.
“The sexagenarian man breathed his last at the hospital today,” officials said.
Police have shifted the body of the deceased man to the mortuary of the hospital for conducting the post-mortem while a case under relevant sections of the law stands registered at concerned police station.
