SAMBA, Jan 22: A 60-year-old man was killed in vehicles collision in Vijaypur area here today.
As per police sources, a man namely Vijay Kumar (60), son of Puran Chand, a resident of village Moutlian Utterbehni received injuries in scooter and motorcycle collision in Vijaypur area.
The profusely bleeding victim was rushed to Emergency Hospital Vijaypur and was later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu, where doctors pronounced him as brought dead.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of GMCH for completion of medical and legal formalities.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Vijaypur and investigation started.
