POONCH, Sept 12: A villager was knocked to death by tractor trolley at village Khanetar in district Poonch today.
A police spokesman said that one Mohd Irfan (20), son of Mohd Qayoom, resident of Khanetar was hit by a tractor- trolley when he was moving along the road side this morning. While the tractor driver escaped after hitting the villager, the injured was rushed to Poonch hospital by villagers where he was declared as brought dead.
The police registered a case in this connection and started manhunt for the tractor-trolley driver. He was still evading arrest.
