DODA, Oct 29: One Uttam Singh, son of Late Phool Singh, resident of Village Wanda, Panchayat Beoli in Doda has been missing from October 19, 2023.
A handout stated that he went to Doda city on October 19, 2023 and didn’t returned back and is the only earning hand in his family.
He has two daughters and a son and his family is very poor. An FIR has been lodged by the family members at Police Station Doda in this regard.
