JAMMU, Mar 11: A 35-year-old youth was murdered in Prem Nagar locality of Jammu district today.
Garrison Gill son of George Marshal of Christian Colony, Jammu, had gone out to purchase diapers from a medical shop at Prem Nagar, when he was attacked by a group of 4-5 people including a woman, resulting in severe injuries to the youth, who was suffering from some liver ailments, a police official said.
He was taken to Government Medical College Jammu, where doctors declared him dead on arrival, he said.
After registering a case under the relevant sections of the law, police have arrested one person, identified as Diana Momin of Prem Nagar, in connection with the murder and started further investigation into the matter.
