RAJOURI, Oct 26: The police has arrested one person and recovered some quantity of narcotics consignment from his possession.
The accused has been identified as Mohd Khaliq, son of Mohd Sharief, a resident of Phalni in Budhal. Police said that today, a team of police team from Budhal during routine patrolling in Draj area at around 10.15 am noticed a man attempting to evade the police party suspiciously. On his search, nearly ten gram of heroin was recovered from his possession.
A case FIR No. 113 /2021 u/s 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station, Budhal against him. Further investigation was in progress.
