JAMMU, Aug 22: Nowabad Police has arrested a man along with 145 psychotropic injections.
As per official sources, while performing patrolling duty, a team from Police Station Nowabad led by SHO Vijay Sharma under the supervision of Deputy SP Headquarters Jammu Swati Sharma intercepted a man, who was moving under suspicious circumstances.
During checking, the police team recovered 145 psychotropic injections from the possession of the man and arrested him. The arrested person was identified as Sumit Kumar, son of Darshan Pal of Pamposh Colony (Talab Tillo, Jammu).
A case FIR Number 101/2022 under section 8/21/22 NDPS Act was registered in this connection at Police Station Nowabad and investigation started.
