JAMMU, Nov 22: A man was shot at by two miscreants in full public view in Narwal area of the winter capital this afternoon.
As per reports, a youth identified as Parbjot Singh, son of Tarlochan Singh resident of Narwal Pain, Satwari was shot at by two miscreants near railway bridge, Narwal.
On getting information, police party from Narwal Police Post rushed to the spot and shifted the victim to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where his condition was stated to be out of danger, when last reports poured in.
The miscreants identified as Manmohan Singh and Kewal Krishan alias Kaka, both residents of Talab Tillo Camp shot at Parbjot Singh over a tiff.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Narwal Police Post and manhunt has been launched to arrest the accused, who fled from the spot.
However, the accused were at large when report was compiled.
