KATHUA, Dec 30: One person was seriously injured after he was stabbed by his cousin, over a property dispute in Ward No. 10 of Kathua this evening.
A police spokesman said that one Sohan Songh alias Monu, son of Inder Singh of Ward No 10 in Kathua, was attacked with sharp edged weapon by his cousin, Sohan Singh (junior), son of Samunder Singh of the same locality this evening. Monu with serious stab wounds on head and arm, was rushed to district hospital, Kathua. The doctor provided him first-aid and then referred him to GMC hospital Jammu. His condition was said to be serious.
The police registered a case and started investigation. The accused was absconding.
