JAMMU, June 21: The Commissioner Secretary Housing and Urban Development Department (H&UDD) Mandeep Kaur today appointed Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Joint Commissioner (R&E), Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), as Inquiry Officer to conduct an in-depth inquiry against a former Assistant Enforcement Officer (AEO) and Enforcement Inspector (EI).
