Manhas inaugurates medical camp

JAMMU, Feb 28: Highlighting various Health Schemes for people of India, Member Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Shamsher Singh Manhas said healthy people will make India strong to become powerful nation of world.
While inaugurating medical camp at Paloura, Manhas said NDA Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is committed to provide basic health facilities to people of country and started various schemes.
Medical camp was organized by ‘World Women Awakening Organisation’ at Khajuriawala Mohalla, Paloura in association with Parshotam Singh Manhas, Social Activist, worthy members of Temple Committee  and Mohalla Welfare Committee Khajuriawala Mohalla, Paloura, Jammu, in which around 450 patients were examined and were given free medicines.
The camp was organized under the chairmanship of Sneh Bali, National Vice-President of Organization.
The camp was innagurated by Member of Parliament Rajya Sabha, Shamsher Singh Manhas alongwith MLA Bali Bhagat, WWAO National Advisor Veena Handa renowned educationalist and Social Activist were also present on the occasion.
After the completion of programme Sarla Kohli presented memento to the MLA Bali Bhagat and Veena Handa presented memento to  the Shamsher Singh Manhas.
Veena Handa praised efforts of Parshotam Singh Manhas in the presence of Dr Mamta Kalsi and Preeti Sharma from SMGS Hospital, Dr Manisha Gupta, Dr Davinder Singh Manhas and Dr. Sakshi Sharma from ISM, Dr Muhi Kalsotra (Physician Specialist GMC) (Gyno).
On the occasion, Ker Singh Manhas, Ashok Singh Chib, Joginder  Singh Chib, Narotam Singh Manhas and people of area were also present.
Dr Mukti Sharma presented vote of thanks.
