Manhas kick starts black topping works at Paloura

JAMMU, Nov 28: Member Parliament, Shamsher Singh Manhas today kick started the black topping work of two roads in Ward-59, Khajuria Mohalla, Paloura.
The cost of the work is approximately Rs 10 lakh. After kick starting the black topping work, Member Parliament (RS), Shamsher Singh Manhas, said that these roads connect various parts of Paloura and adjoining areas.
“It was the long pending demand of inhabitants which comes to an end as people were facing hardship due to lot of hurdles in the road. The black topping work will be completed soon so that people of area don’t suffer any more”, he added.
Manhas said that many projects in the line will start shortly. “BJP is committed for overall development of State and development projects of public importance have been taken up on priority basis”, he further added.
PWD officials, BJP leaders –Bishan Sharma, Ashok Singh Chib, Joginder Singh, Bahadur Singh, Uttam Singh and prominent people of the area were also present on the occasion.
