JAMMU, Sept 9: Apropos a news item regarding constitution of Yuva Manhas Biradari, the president of All India Manhas Mahasabha, Thakur Harnam Singh has clarified that Youth wing of Manhas Mahasabha was constituted on November 27, 2014 through a resolution with Sanjeev Singh Manhas alias Sanju as its president as such no other committee or individual is authorized to function as representative of All India Manhas Mahasabha.
