UDHAMPUR, Apr 21: BJP MP Shamsher Singh Manhas today released Rs five lakh from his MP LAD Fund for the development of Udhampur town.
The MLA announced this at district BJP office bearers meeting here today. Addressing the meeting Mr Manhas warned the administration that BJP Government will not allow corruption and misappropriation of funds.
He said BJP is for good governance and promises made by it to the people will be fulfilled in letter and spirit.
The meeting was also addressed by Dina Nath Bhagat, district president and MLA Reasi. He said that his Party is committed to fulfill the promises made with the people.
Pawan Khajuria BJP State secretary in his address said that BJP is becoming popular day by day with its public friendly approach. He said more and more people are enthusiastic to join BJP and their faith in BJP and its leadership is increasing day by day.
Som Raj Khajuria, Ramanad Baru and Ramnek Sharma were among others who attended the meeting.
