UDHAMPUR, Mar 12: Former MLA & senior BJP leader Balwant Singh Mankotia today held a meeting regarding upcoming BJP Maharally at Udhampur on March 15, which will be led by BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh & MoS PMO Dr Jitendra Singh.
Mankotia told workers to gear up for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. He predicted that BJP would win Udhampur Lok Sabha seat with a lead of more than four lakh votes.
Mankotia also highlighted the Central Government sponsored schemes for social welfare and benefit of common people, particularly needy and poor.
The BJP leader appealed general public to participate in upcoming Maharally in large numbers and extend support for grand victory of the party in upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
Scores of workers besides senior leaders of BJP were present during the meeting.
