JAMMU, Nov 10: Thakur Manmohan Singh (Pinka) was unanimously elected president of Brick Kiln Owners Association Jammu province, the election of which was held in a meeting here, today.The meeting was presided by Babishan Singh outgoing president.
In the meeting of Brick Kiln Owners Association Jammu province many issues were discussed regarding the problems faced by the Brick Kiln industry. Also the tenure of Babishan Singh (president B.K.O.A) was over for last three months, and he tendered his resignation to the members of Association.
After the resignation he proposed the name of Thakur Manmohan Singh (Pinka) one of the senior members of the Association for the post of presidentship. It was seconded by Janak Raj Mahajan and all the members of the Association unanimously welcomed Thakur Manmohan Singh as new president of Brick Kiln Association, Jammu province.
The newly elected president of the Association, Thakur Manmohan Singh complimented all the members of the Association. Many prominent members of association were present in the meeting including Janak Ranak Mahajan ( ex president BKOA), Prabh Dayal Gupta (ex. general secretary), Vinod Bharti, Rashpal Chaudhary, Mulkh Raj Chaudhary, Devinder Singh, Angrez Singh, Vinod Kumar, Vijay Khajuria, Mukesh Gupta, Bishan Sharma, Nand Kishore, Jai Singh, Neelam Singh and Madan Singh.
