JAMMU, July 1: Manoj Singh, a senior IAS officer of 1988 batch has been posted as new Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh by Yogi Adityanath Government.

Singh is husband of AGMUT cadre IAS officer, Rashmi Singh, presently posted in Jammu and Kashmir as Commissioner/Secretary Hospitality and Protocol and Principal Resident Commissioner.
Manoj Singh succeeded DS Mishra as the UP Chief Secretary.
