RAJOURI, May 7: Mystery shrouds the death of  a middle aged villager whose body was recovered from forest area near Dera- Ki- Gali in Thannamandi area today.
Reports said that a girl Rabia Kouser while collecting ‘green wild vegetable’  from the forest, noticed the male dead body  lying in the bushes. Some insects were also running all over the body. She rushed back to her home and told her father about it. The father informed village Numberdar of Parnali Kotha and others and they  reached there. They also reported the matter to  Thannamandi Police.
SDPO Thannamand Iftikar Talib and SHO Fareed Ahmed  reached the spot. They examined the spot and then shifted the semi-decomposed body to  District Hospital Rajouri for postmortem. From the  I-Card the deceased was identified as Billa Bakerwal, son of Hakam Din, resident of Hasplot.
The family later, told the police that he was a trader and used to visit various villages. He was missing for the last about one month. The police registered a case and initiated investigations under  174 CrPC.
