JAMMU, Aug 19: In a programme organised here today under the leadership of former minister, Mohammed Dilawar Mir and Ex-MLC, Vijay Bakaya, over a dozen migrant Kashmiri Pandits (KPs) from Kashmir valley joined J&K Apni Party (JKAP).
The new entrants were welcomed into the party by Dilawar Mir and Vijay Bakaya.
Prominent among those who joined JKAP were Vinod Koul, Pintu Pandita, Sahab Pandita, Vinod Pandita, Sunil Raina and others.
As per Bakaya, these new entrants were from Kupwara, Baramulla, Anantnag and other districts of Kashmir valley.
Addressing the new entrants into the party, Mir said JKAP stands for the unity of J&K.
He assured that JKAP will leave no stone unturned to resolve the issues of migrant KPs.
On this occasion, Vijay Bakaya said: “JKAP would respond to the problems of KPs and get them resolved.”
Ajaz Kazmi, Gourav Kapoor, Abhay Bakaya, Sahil Wazir and others were also present on the occasion.
