JAMMU, Feb 2: Many prominent people hailed from various political and non-political parties joined the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) in a function held here today.
The people joined the party in the presence of senior BJP leader and former MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia, who was accompanied by committee members Minority Morcha president Ranjodh Singh Nalwa.
Welcoming the new entrants in to the party folds, Mankotia, said that the positive changes brought about by the Modi Government have unnerved the fringe vested interests who thrived on instability and unrest for furthering their political agenda for decades. The people have developed faith on the BJP’s policies and neglected the hateful policies of parties with vested political interests.
Speaking on the occasion, Ranjodh Singh Nalwa said that the Narendra Modi Government has taken care of all the regions and sections of the society while formulating various welfare schemes. These welfare schemes benefitted every citizen in the country, he added.
Amomg others who graced the event included Pawan khajuria state vice president BJP, Arun Gupta district president BJP Udhampur, Akhil Prashar state general secretary BJYM, Somraj Khajuria, Jeevan Sharma, Subash sharma MP Tikri mandal Raj Kumar Bucha, Nisha Devi, Yash Paul and Capt Arjun Singh.
