SAMBA, May 14: State president BJP SC Morcha and MLA Samba Dr Devinder Kumar Manyal today visited village Bri-Kamila and convened public darbar to redress the grievances of people. A large number of people participated in the public darbar.
During the interaction regarding the peoples’ problems relating to timely distribution of water supply, requirements of electric poles, repairing and laying of new PHE pipes and crates the MLA issued on-the-spot directions to the concerned for taking appropriate steps in redressing the same. He said the Government functionaries should take prompt action in redressing the genuine problems of the people.
Responding to some of the developmental issues, Dr. Manyal said that proposals of some developmental projects of public importance have already been submitted for approval, sanction and release of funds, adding that concerned functionaries of core sectors have also been directed.
The residents of Kamila also highlighted the requirement of one Committee Hall. Manyal agreed to their demand and asked them to identify piece land for the same.
Dr Manyal also stressed upon the people to avail the benefits of Centrally sponsored schemes like Jan Dhan Yojna, Mudra Yojna, State marriage assistance scheme, Laadli Beti Scheme, Accident Bima, Atal Pension Yojana, Jeevan Bima Yojana etc.
Responding to the demands of the locals, Dr. Manyal assured them that their genuine demands would be redressed on priority. He said that BJP at the Centre and BJP -PDP coalition government in the State is committed to develop all the three regions of the State.
Dr Manyal took stock of the works and asked the officials to jot down a proper road map so that works could be completed at the earliest.
