JAMMU, June 7: For paying tributes to the Kargil martyrs, Purav Senik Seva Parishad is taking out a march from Jammu to Kargil.
The march, led by Lt Gen (Retd) V M Patil, will start from Jammu Transit Camp tomorrow at 4 a.m. 45 Ex-servicemen from across the country and their family members will take part in the march, which will reach Srinagar on June 9 and proceed further on June 10.
The march will culminate with paying tributes at the War Memorial Drass and Kargil on June 11 and June 12.
All necessary arrangement for the march, which is being taken out for the last six years, have been made by the Northern Command of Army.
