By successfully placing its low-cost Mars spacecraft in orbit around the Red Planet in its very first attempt, India has once again displayed its determination to improve its space science.
The Mangalyaan Mission is a demonstration of self reliances and technological know-how.
The Mars Orbiter Mssion (MoM) has given ISRO scientists a confidence to explore unchartered areas in the coming times.
At the same time, it will give a filip to our missile production system which is quite important from defence point of view. India has still a long way to go make a reliable missile system to counter growing threats in the Indian sub continent.
The whole scientist community deserves to be patted on this unbelievable mission. The whole country feels proud at this remarkable achievement, and wishes to see such successful mission in the future as well.
