MBA – Its conceptional dimensions

Mastery over Business Administration leads to a positive trait of systematic supervision, ideal management and active administration for good governance of an organization. It yields a quality end product for not only running an office but also modifying the entire system of a family, neighborhood and society with an excellent pursuit. It is a bliss to invoke concentration in one’s mind towards ethics for building a sizable, concise and articulated pattern in the world for the business of all kinds to run the show of earning one’s livelihood, dealing with an exemplary behavior and spending a good life time as well. By and large, it activates-a high level of program by which the individual specializes multifaceted skill through training, knowledge and experience etc. making complex life quite easier, honorable and glorious. If a skill multiplies the produce to be larger in number, a positive trait of systematic supervision, ideal management and active administration helps to save production grow weaker or perish both in quantity and quality being vigilant in all respects including handling of the machinery by the appropriate worker at right time. All these facts only can be best achieved while studying academic curricula/curriculum prescribed by the State Board of School Education/University through formal/non formal learning. More to say, the study of discipline of business administration can be categorized into various phases:
*Basic Diploma at +2 level (studying fifth optional subject at +2 stage)
*Bachelor of Business Administration at degree level
*Master of Business Administration at Post Graduation level
*Research work i.e. M.Phil./Ph.D/D.Litt.
The eligibility to enter in any component at higher level must be determined on the basis of qualifying merit in hierarchy. After matriculation, every student may be given a choice to opt for Business Administration at +2 stage as a study of basic curriculum by the Humanities group/Science group and Commerce group. This subject will act basically as a nucleus sharpener for developing mental attitude to produce glowing element of management, supervision and administration. This will help in widening our visionary spirit so as to increase vitality of scholarship at higher level precisely in a particular form to understand sensitivity of any obstruction direct or indirect within an organization or out of it giving suggestions and solutions to remove it for quality assurance. Generally, this will also help in/handling over any job to get more qualitative potential having given new round shape with application of best means for understanding its sophistication in system, program and planning based on I.T. Even in order to square of unemployment problem, the Post Graduate Degree holders having M.B.A qualification can take care of good governance, managerial skill to be put in practice for general administration and friendly supervision, if appointed in the variegated field of School Education, Higher Education, Public Libraries, Health care and Rural Development Departments in their respective zones of J&K state. They can give regular feedback of the progress to various heads of the Departments having liaison with the District Information Centers.
Similarly, the minimum eligibility for qualifying B.B.A must be kept as Basic Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalence viz. qualifying of Business Administration as optional subject in +2 classes studied for two years after Matriculation. This study will make one conversant with basic concept of management, administration and supervision elbowed with exhaustive strategies’ applying for what, where and how to get maximum potential of richer quality by virtue of skill education adaptation and further upgrading the output by means of relevant norms and nuances of management, administration and supervision, Precisely, B.B.A. will .be a separate three years degree course at college level. Therefore, B.B.A. will be only an entry to do M.B.A (two Years Post Graduate course) having cumulative competencies with handful knowledge of managerial skill especially monitoring quality assurance for an organization. In view of this dimensional process, it is quite clear that while shifting the focus’ from quantity in common parlance to quality, understanding of the basic elements of the relative discipline from very beginning is necessary which only can be taught while discussing its delicate theories and concepts in a threadbare form at + 2 level by appointing the competent lecturers of Business Administration having M.B.A, B.Ed. qualification. These lecturers may be promoted from the school Education Department after wetting their subject seniority by the DPC as per requirement. It is pertinent to note that J&K Board of School Education Jammu has already given liberal weightage to the Science Stream of +2 classes by introducing fifth optional subject making much easier being related to science viz. Computer Science, EV. Science, I.T. and Bio-Tech. whereas students of humanities group have been given limited choice for offering very less provision of fifth optional subject related to Arts group like functional English. Therefore, equating Arts students with
Science, it is imperative that Business Administration may also be included as one of the fifth optional subject at +2 which will be appreciated by the students of not only Arts or Science but also by the Commerce group to be taught by M.B.A. Second class In Service Teachers. The contentivity of study course in Business Administration/Management at school level will help to refine all kind of physical raw hand material into more qualitative human resources along with yielding quantity product.
The special expertise in management, administration, supervision, marketing, finance etc. must lie in the form of studying text books. of basic level curriculum and delivery by efficient teaching personnel as well. This study will definitely help to curb the problem of unemployment and check recession when the inner will to do is invoked in every citizen, reaffirm thinking to develop super brain power, helping enrich greater qualities, infusing courage to face failure and ability to take right decision at right time, besides one’s growing economically stronger. This will also help saving for rainy days after serving preferably in the private enterprise on the doctrine of equal pay for equal work with sincere dedication not only in trade and industrial sectors but also in other allied fields. Incidentally, It is significant to introduce Diploma in Library Studies and Diploma in Horticulture/Agriculture by entering each of these as fifth optional subject to be taken up at +2 stage keeping in view local environs.
It is estimated that India requires 300 to 500 ‘million employable skilled youth in next ten years. Today, there is drastic need of becoming economically developed for every nation with a global image, hence everywhere we should produce core competencies within the educated youth of each state having focus on quality end product in business and industry sectors raising economic standard of living, In order to achieve hundred percent literacy, reducing mortality rate less than ten per thousand live birth, eradicating polio, leprosy and tuberculosis and minimizing unemployment rate, we ‘must accept challenge of working in private enterprise with sincere dedication.
