JAMMU, July 25: Enforcement Wing of Municipal Committee Bhaderwah under the supervision of its Executive Officer conducted anti-encroachment drive along with Eidgah link road.
The main focus of the drive was to remove the encroachments from the Haloni Nallah and to retrieve the banks of the nallah.
It is important to mention here that one encroacher tried to encroach upon the bank of Haloni Nallah during the lockdown period and Municipal Committee Bhaderwah within a short time dismantled the erected structure and seized on spot three iron/steel RCC columns weighing about three quintals, 9 iron shuttering plates, 13 wooden shuttering plates and two drums.
On the other hand during market inspection Executive Officer MC Bhaderwah challaned five persons who were found roaming without masks.
