MDP organized for IOCL dealers

JAMMU, Dec 5: Two-day Management Development Programme for the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) dealers from the Kashmir province, under the DISHA project, began here today at The Business School, University of Jammu.
The workshop is aimed at developing management competencies among dealers with the objective of improving better management skills and exposing them to a wide array of proficiencies that can be achieved through the adoption of specific techniques.
The workshop, which is divided into seven sessions   spread over two days, is being attended by twenty two IOCL dealers from different districts of the state.
During the inaugural session, Anil Kumar, Manager IOCL, apprised the participants about prevailing scenario in the industry and the impending need to change the system of doing business.
Earlier, Prof B C Sharma, Director, The Business School and Coordinator ‘DISHA’ introduced the resource persons.
